Plan 74 Seal Barrier Gas Set Pressure
The API Plan 74 set pressure is a function of seal chamber pressure (Ps). The Plan 74 flush (i.e. gas) pressure should be maintained between 30 – 50 psi over the max seal chamber pressure. Seal chamber pressure can be calculated here.
Minimum Plan 74 Set Pressure (Ps + 30 psig)
Maximum Plan 74 Set Pressure (Ps + 50 psig)
